Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Orders are typically processed within one to five (1-5) business days but may take up to ten (10) business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Pre-order, backorder, and made-to-order items have extended processing times, which are stated in the product description and on our FAQ page. Processing times may vary.

You will receive notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be determined and displayed at checkout. All shipping fees are set by third-party providers.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at rockpaperscissors.asia@gmail with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

Returns:

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. A full refund will be issued, excluding return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at rockpaperscissors.asia@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review each case individually to find the best resolution.
