Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship worldwide, and international customers can place orders using PayPal for a secure and convenient payment process. We ship our international orders using Pos Indonesia.

What does it mean when an item is on pre-order?

A pre-order item is a product available for purchase before it is produced. These items typically take longer to ship compared to in-stock products in our warehouse. The estimated turnaround time for pre-orders is approximately 3 to 4 weeks, though this may vary.

How do I know if my order contains a pre-order, backorder or made to order item?

You can find this information in the description of the product you are ordering. 

Do you do wholesale and distribution?

What happens if the package gets damaged during shipping?

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at rockpaperscissors.asia@gmail.com immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to find a resolution, whether that means sending a replacement, offering a refund, or filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring you receive your order in perfect condition.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
